What we offer

We, BRMCIL are producing ready-mix concrete with comprehensive strength of 4150, 5130, and 6730 PSI for Portland cement. For blended hydraulic (Portland composite) we are producing 3830, 4820, and 6190 PSI cement.

Generally, BRMCIL products are classified into four categories:

  • Normal Concrete
  • Durable Concrete
  • High-performance concrete
  • Light Weight Concrete

Normal Concrete:

Normal concrete is the most common concrete, ideal for construction which has no sensitivity or harsh chemicals ingredients. This category Gives elevated early intensity and involves the use of concrete development of OPC- Type I, MSRC- Type II & SRC- Type V cements.

Durable Concrete:

The durability of concrete resist weathering action, chemical attack, abrasion, or any other process of deterioration, and will retain its original form, quality, and serviceability when exposed to its environment. The secret of producing durable concrete is to replace cement with SCMs Micro Silica, GGBS, PFA, low water-cement ratio, and chemical admixture that can enhance the tightness of the mix.

High-performance concrete:

High-performance concrete is categorized as a concrete that has been designed with a special blend of strength greater than 6,000 psi or 42 MPa (megapascal). It is more durable and stronger than conventional concrete.

Light Weight Concrete:

Light-weight concrete is a special concrete that is composed of lightweight coarse aggregate materials such as rotary kiln-fired expanded shale, clay, or slate materials. Its density is typically 90 – 115 lb/ft3 compared to normal weight concrete which has a density range of 140 – 150 lb/ft3. This concrete reduces the dead load due to less density. It has better insulation properties than conventional concrete.
